These offerings intentionally change familiar movement patterns, subtly increasing our range of motion, proprioception (sense of self in space), and joint mobility to support healthy movement on and beyond the mat.
We leave feeling replenished, expanded, and more present.
An added bonus is we remember to breathe fully, revitalising and massaging the internal organs and muscles with oxygenated blood. Anyone can look up a list of the benefits these practices can bring. But to show up, and feel it for one self is another thing entirely.
ABOUT
Having lived in India for long stints, Keira immersed herself in learning Yoga. Now a full-time movement facilitator, she’s deeply inspired by her wanderings and nature.
A long-term yoga practitioner, she completed a year-long teacher training in 2009, and two Advanced Yoga teaching certifications (E-RYT) in India since, and has constantly trained. Barre Diploma certified, Pilates and Aerial Yoga certified, she believes the body was made to move and explore in as many ways as possible.
Originally from London, she relocated to beautiful Suffolk and predominantly teaches 1:1 sessions and private classes, but also offers a small number of open classes.
