unravel in

Unravelling.

A process of letting things be as they are.

Knowing there is no need to keep it together or hold it all in.

Who wants to keep it together anyway?

We are messy, complex, non-linear creatures.

When we allow unravelling through our words, movement and expression, we let glimmers of our true centre be seen. By self and others.

In letting go, and letting be, we feel a sense of returning to our inner authenticity.

Straying from centre is necessary.

Allowing emotion and words to spill from heart, unrehearsed, creates shifts.

Changing the frequency, landing more viscerally, encouraging presence and power.

Returning to truth; not everyone else's truth, or an acceptable version. But the truest version of ourself.

The practice of unravelling allows us to unravel in.

Like de-tangling, re-weaving, slinking and sinking back to the wholesome wholeness of us.

Recognising that falling apart, unravelling, stretching out in all directions, allows us to hold self whole.

For we do not need fixing.

We don't require any remedies.

We just need to be held whole.

All the pieces, threads and strands drawn from centre, given away, displaced, shattered, contorted and torn.

Every little weave, untethered, seen exactly as is.

There is the light and the perfection.

In unravelling, not intellectually, but instinctively, by intuition, we learn new edges, observe our sweet boundaries, and learn to love it all.

Unravelling. A process to unravel in.
